High-quality polycarbonate plastics by SABIC

SABIC’s ongoing investment in new product innovations, research and development over the past 50 years has led to the more sustainable LEXAN™ Plastic, supported by development and technical talent worldwide.

LEXAN polycarbonate is up to 250 times stronger than glass of the same thickness yet it’s incredibly lightweight and easy to work with. And compared to other plastics, LEXAN plastics can withstand higher temperatures, humidity, and extreme weather conditions.

SABIC's sheets can be cut and cold-formed on-site for maximum flexibility, and fully customized for limitless design options in industrial, commercial, and residential applications. Our products are translucent, impact resistant, and designed to last a lifetime.
