Dragão Stadium Portugal The LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ 5X structure sheets are members of the LEXAN THERMOCLEAR sheet portfolio of high-quality polycarbonate sheets.

We worked with the Estádio do Dragão (stadium) in Portugal from production to installation. The stadium was initially built in 2002 for the UEFA Eurocup 2004 and is currently under renovation.

Solution

Extremely suitable as roof glazing material is SABIC's LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ SHEET X- structure. The X-structure sheet is UV-protected on both sides and has a unique X-shaped internal configuration that gives it its excellent stiffness, improved load resistance, high impact strength and good thermal insulation properties.
