These unbreakable thermoplastic sheets include aerospace, transportation, electrical and electronics, building and construction, material handling, telecommunications and industrial machines industries, among others. 

LEXAN™ Corrugated sheet

LEXAN Corrugated sheets deliver excellent light transmission, high impact resistance and weather ability. This makes the high-quality plastics an outstanding choice for greenhouses, carport roofing, patios and pool coverings, or where a lightweight solution with excellent light transmission is required. Unbreakable thermoplastic sheets offer the optical characteristics of glass in much lighter, more durable product. Transportation, handling and installation of these corrugated polycarbonate panels are simple, resulting in reduced labour costs due to their durability and lightweight. High-quality plastics and speciality corrugated storm panels protect glass windows and doors during severe weather conditions.

LEXAN™ Thermoclear™ sheet

LEXAN THERMOCLEAR™ plastics sheets provide an outstanding balance of lightweight, high stiffness, ease of installation, excellent thermal insulation, UV and flame resistance and long-term light transmission. These unbreakable thermoplastic sheets are available in various colours, including clear, opal white, solar control green and bronze. LEXAN high-grade plastics also offer a variety of speciality coatings, such as drip guard, which features a hydrophilic coating on the inner surface to prevent condensation build-up. High-quality plastics can be customised for structuring, layer, colour and finish, with many possible combinations. SABIC’s unbreakable plastics are easily cut and cold-formed on-site to serve as primary glazing for new construction projects or be used in retrofit projects as overglazing. High-quality plastic sheets offer an attractive solution for industrial, commercial and residential glazing applications.
