LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ Sheet

SABIC’s polycarbonate (PC) multiwall materials called LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ sheet portfolio offers a variety of structures, colors and finishes. These products provide an outstanding balance of lightweight, high stiffness, ease of installation, excellent thermal insulation, UV and flame resistance and long-term light transmission. LEXAN THERMOCLEAR sheets are available in a broad range of colors including clear, opal white, solar control green and bronze. LEXAN THERMOCLEAR sheet also offers a variety of specialty coatings such as Dripgard, which features a hydrophilic coating on the inner surface to prevent condensation build-up. THERMOCLEAR sheet systems can be customized when it comes to structure, coating, color and finish, with many possible combinations. SABIC’s THERMOCLEAR sheet products are easily cut and cold-formed on-site to serve as primary glazing for new construction projects, or can be used in retrofit projects as over glazing.
